2. Estimates & Pricing

  • Estimates may be provided via phone call, text message, online forms, or in person.

  • All estimates are non-binding unless stated otherwise in writing.

  • Final pricing may change based on actual volume, weight, labor required, accessibility, or materials removed.

  • Payment is due at the time services are completed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointment times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, job complexity, or prior appointments.

  • Customers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Junk Busters Junk Removal LLC reserves the right to charge a cancellation or trip fee for late cancellations or no-shows.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding items to be removed.

  • Ensure safe, legal, and unobstructed access to the removal location.

  • Identify any hazardous, restricted, or special-handling materials prior to service.

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or items are prohibited.

5. Prohibited Items

Unless expressly agreed upon in writing, we do not remove hazardous or illegal materials, including but not limited to:

  • Chemicals, solvents, or fuels

  • Asbestos-containing materials

  • Medical or biohazard waste

  • Explosives, ammunition, or firearms

6. Communication Consent (Calls & Text Messages)

By providing your phone number, submitting a form, or contacting Junk Busters Junk Removal LLC, you expressly consent to receive communications from us, including:
